Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

We know the feeling too: Once you've ordered the goods, the delivery can't come fast enough. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and undamaged.

Delivery times are listed on the product details page. When purchasing multiple items at once, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. We are happy to provide you with individual information about delivery times or the status of your order: Contact

Delivery Area

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Benelux and Switzerland. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.

Shipping of Cargo Bikes

We usually ship cargo bikes via a freight forwarder. For orders within a 150-kilometer radius of Heidelberg, we often deliver the bike ourselves. You will receive your cargo bike fully assembled. We will also attach any accessories you order before shipping. Please note that the shipping company only has to deliver "to the curb" and is not obligated to take back the pallet and packaging. If shipping via a shipping company, you will receive a tracking number as soon as we have registered the shipment with the shipping company for pickup. If we deliver the cargo bike ourselves, we will contact you by phone beforehand to arrange a delivery date.

For deliveries to German addresses:
Our shipping company will inform you of the planned delivery date via email and text message. Delivery can take place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Unfortunately, the time cannot be specified. However, you can also select a different delivery date in the email.

For deliveries to international addresses:
The shipping company will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date.

Shipping costs for cargo bikes

Within Germany

We deliver cargo bikes to mainland German addresses free of charge.
For deliveries to islands, we charge a flat rate of 150 EUR incl. VAT.

European Union

For deliveries within the EU, we charge 200 EUR incl. VAT..

Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge400 EUR excl. VAT..
For deliveries to Switzerland, all prices are net. Import sales tax and the VAT rate applicable in the destination country will be charged upon import. If a Swiss citizen (billing address) has the item delivered to Germany or picks it up themselves, German VAT will be charged (refunds are possible later).

Transport Damage

Your shipment is insured for the duration of the delivery. To ensure that this insurance covers potential damage, check the shipment immediately upon receipt for transport damage. If there is transport damage, proceed as follows:

  1. Have the delivery person acknowledge the damage, either on a form or using a scanner. Be sure to keep a signed copy!
  2. Note the name of the delivery person and the vehicle's license plate number.
  3. Take photos of the damage before unpacking the shipment!
  4. Send photos and a description of the damage to info@ichliebeyuba.de
Obvious damage must be reported to us within 24 hours. Hidden damage must be reported to us within 5 days.

Shipping of Accessories

We ship accessories with DHL or DPD (depending on the dimensions). As soon as we have packed the shipment, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment. Depending on the provider, you can influence the drop-off location and delivery time as usual.

Shipping costs for accessories

Germany: up to 100 EUR value of goods: 5.90 EUR incl. VAT. Over 100 EUR value of goods: free shipping.

EU: up to 500 EUR value of goods: 9.90 EUR incl. VAT. Over 500 EUR value of goods: free shipping.

Switzerland: up to 1,000 EUR value of goods: 24.90 EUR incl. VAT. Over 1,000 EUR value of goods: free shipping.
