The Yuba Supercargo is Yuba's front-loader. Unlike other Yubas, this cargo bike has a cargo area in front of the handlebars. This way, you can always keep an eye on your children and your cargo. Even with a box at the front and a longer overall length, the Yuba Supercargo retains the maneuverability of a longtail, but gains plenty of cargo space.
Family bike with loading area
Like the classic Long John cargo bike, the Supercargo's loading area is located in front of the handlebars. If you want to transport children, you should use either the sturdy Bamboo Box or the airy Open Loader. The integrated seat can accommodate two children – and plenty of luggage in the footwell. This allows you to chat with your passengers while riding without losing sight of the traffic. For additional passengers, a child seat can be attached to the luggage rack or an additional seat can be added to the box.
Long John riding made easy
Thanks to the two small wheels, the entire frame construction and thus also the loading area of the Supercargo is particularly low. This lowers the center of gravity of the entire cargo bike, allowing you to navigate through traffic in a relaxed and safe manner, even with a maximum load. Thanks to the modern cable steering, it rides almost like a normal bicycle, despite the forward-mounted loading area. This allows you to remain maneuverable on the roads, even with passengers and cargo on board. Unlike most Long John Cargo Bikes, the Supercargo has a low handlebar, creating a sporty and comfortable seating position.
Adaptable Cargo Bike
Depending on your daily situation, the children's crate can be removed from the loading area. This allows you to easily transport heavy and large goods. Thanks to the sturdy two-legged stand, the Supercargo remains stable at all times: This means you don't have to hold the cargo bike while loading it with your shopping or helping your children get in and out. This means you always have your hands free for the important things. Getting on and off is also easier for you, as the cargo bike has a particularly rider-friendly low step-through.
