Family Package: 2 children ages 4 and up on seat cushions

Your family equipment: Two seat cushions with a railing for support and protection around the luggage rack. There's plenty of room for two children ages 4 and up. If you want, you can also purchase a Crest, which, when mounted between the seat cushions, divides the seat into two, thus ensuring a clear seating arrangement.

This also works: Instead of the second seat cushion, you attach a child seat. This way, a small child sits in the rear child seat, and a larger child sits in front of them on the seat cushion. You purchase the child seat separately; the rest is included.

One of the Yuba Kombi E5's strengths is its dimensions: At 1.90 meters long and 60 centimeters wide, it's not much bigger than a regular bicycle. You can tell by the fact that you don't notice anything: Unlike other cargo bikes, you don't really have to get used to it; the feeling is the same as on your old bike. 

Nevertheless, on the Yuba Kombi E5, you're not just traveling with two people, but with three! And you'll hardly notice it either, because the electric motor provides the power you need for the additional passenger.

Your Yuba Kombi E5 easily climbs small to medium inclines and stays quietly on track. If you frequently have to tackle steep inclines, you should consider the Kombi E5's big brother, the Kombi E6.

Thanks to its efficient engine, your Yuba Kombi E5 will take you quite far. Depending on the amount of cargo and passengers you're carrying, however, the luggage rack might be tight.

Rear Wheel safely packed
Children ages four and up, as well as adults, are best transported on padded seats. Of course, this allows for much more freedom of movement. To ensure that even a foot can't get caught in the spokes, the wheels are well-protected by the wheel skirts and frame tubes. Nothing will happen, no matter how much you fidget!
Secure Kickstand
To ensure smooth loading and unloading, your Yuba Kombi is equipped with a large, solid steel two-legged stand. This allows your kids to climb onto and off the rack independently and safely while you load the Stuff Rack.
