Children grow fast, and everything they use seems to outgrow them constantly—from pants and shirts to bicycles. With the Mundo EP8, however, you don't have to worry about that. As soon as your child fits into the Yepp child seat, they will always have plenty of room on the Mundo: first in the child seat, and later on the seat cushions. And that remains true right into adulthood. But it’s not just about the space: the Mundo is built to carry adult passengers with ease, too. 


 Of course, at some point your child will want to cover longer distances on their own bike. But there will still be plenty of moments when it’s nice to hop on the back and ride along with Mom or Dad. And later on? As a teenager, it’s sure to be great fun to zip around town on the cargo bike—whether with friends or a first girlfriend riding along on the back.

Who's coming along?

Your family equipment: Two seat cushions with an aluminum railing for support and protection around the luggage rack. There's plenty of room here for two to three children ages 3 or 4 and up. If you want, you can also purchase a Crest, which, when mounted between the seat cushions, divides the seat into two, thus providing a clear seating area.

You can also sit this way: A child and an adult fit comfortably on the luggage rack. To get in, you can briefly open the side rail and then close it again if the adult passenger doesn't want to climb underneath.

But this also works: Instead of the second seat cushion, you attach a child seat. This way, a small child sits in the child seat in the back, and a larger child sits in front of it on the seat cushion.

Powerful motor

The Mundo EP8 is a true powerhouse and can carry up to 250 kilograms—a considerable load. To ensure you don't break a sweat despite this heavy load, it's equipped with the powerful EP8 motor, which is typically used in e-mountain bikes. With a torque of 85 Nm, the EP8 motor gives you the power you need to move quickly and tackle climbs effortlessly, even with a full load.
Everything at hand
When you're out and about with children, you constantly need a lot of things—pacifiers, purses, maps, and much more. For all these things that need to be quickly accessible, you can equip your Yuba Mundo EP8 with the Bread Basket on the front. This practical basket is positioned directly in front of you, so you can always have what you need with just a simple grab. Alternatively, there's also a loading platform or a bag for the front of the handlebars.
Safer Leg protection
Children ages four and up, as well as adults, are best transported on the padded seats, as they offer more freedom of movement. To ensure that feet don't get caught in the spokes, the wheels are well protected by wheel skirts and frame tubes. Even with vigorous back-and-forth movement, everything remains secure and nothing happens.
Great Add-On World
The Mundo's 80-centimeter-long luggage rack is versatile, not just for kids. You could, for example, convert it into a spacious luggage basket and attach additional panniers. Alternatively, you can also attach a dog basket for your four-legged companion. Various options are also available for the front: In addition to the practical bread basket, you can also mount a loading platform, either with or without a removable bag. It's all tailored to your needs!
Secure Kickstand
To ensure stable, rock-free loading and unloading of your Yuba Mundo EP8, it's equipped with a sturdy two-legged stand made of solid steel. This allows your children to climb onto and off the luggage rack safely and independently while you load the bread basket.
Gigantic Bags
Even if you're carrying passengers on your Mundo's rear rack, there's still plenty of room for your other belongings. This is where the generous Go-Getter bags come in, offering an incredible 85 liters of storage space each. Thanks to the additional footrest, your passenger can comfortably rest her feet in front of the bags.
Towing Tray – Bike pulls Bike
If your child is excited to ride their own bike but gets tired halfway through the ride, there's a simple solution: With the Towing Tray, you can easily attach bikes from 12 to 29 inches to the Mundo. This way, you can let your exhausted child ride on the luggage rack as usual while you finish the ride.

The Easy Monkey Bars don't just look great; they also feature reflective strips for increased visibility. The real highlight: you can fold up the right side bar. This is a little revolution for your everyday routine because it makes getting in so much easier: bar up, climb in, bar down, and securely locked in a flash. Bad weather? Stay dry!
If you want to keep riding your Yuba on rainy days, you either need some tough kids—or a rain canopy. And luckily, Yuba offers two of them! The Eco Pop Top protects your kids right down to their little legs, while the Pop Shelter is a complete, all-around rain enclosure. Thanks to the large panoramic windows, the kids always have a great view outside, ensuring there's never a dull moment in the back.
Warranty for 15 years
Yuba believes in quality. That’s why they have no hesitation in offering a whopping 15-year (!!) warranty on their frames. This goes far beyond the industry standard and shows just how much confidence Yuba has in the longevity of their products. You can rest assured that your Yuba will truly be there for your kids—from the baby seat right up to their teenage years. The only requirement to get the 15-year warranty? You simply need to register on the Yuba website within three months of your purchase. Totally doable.
